Kabul House Parking Project Worth ₹99.35 Lakh

The Dehradun district administration is identifying new parking locations in the city to ensure smooth traffic flow and alleviate congestion. Construction of the parking facility at Kabul House has commenced, which will accommodate approximately 285 small vehicles.
The Kabul House Parking Project is valued at ₹99.35 lakh. District Magistrate (DM) Savin Bansal has directed officials to expedite the work, and he is personally monitoring the progress.
For this purpose, the DM conducted field visits to explore possibilities and instructed the nodal officer, Sub-Divisional Magistrate (Sadar), and other concerned department officials to carry out inspections. The initiative aims to address traffic and parking issues in the city.
